hey, I’m Arissan
The photo to the right is me, hours after leaving my corporate job and going all in on myself and my dreams. Now, I’m here to help you do the same. You deserve the flowers and champagne, too.
I’ve been where you are—stressed, overwhelmed, and uncertain of the next step. I’ve had jobs that drained me, caused panic attacks, and made me question what I was doing with my life. I’ve pivoted my career countless times without a clear direction and felt lost along the way. But I turned it around, and now I’m here to help you do the same.
My Coaching Philosophy
I don’t believe in “fixing” you because I don’t think you’re broken. I’m here to help you build a strong & beautiful relationship with yourself rooted in trust and self-love. I want to create spaces where you have that feeling of safety & belonging and have the audacity to dream big & believe in all your awesomeness.
I want to help you see that a lot of what you take on as a YOU problem is actually a societal problem created to make you feel siloed & alone. I believe there is a more empowering way to do things & operate. Ultimately, YOU are your own best guide & my job is to help you facilitate that out of yourself.
Also, if we’re not having fun, what’s the point?

Background
I’ve never been one to stay in one place for too long—in fact, I’ve visited over 20 countries (and counting). I've always believed that new experiences fuel growth, and every adventure has added to the diverse perspective I bring to my coaching.
My path wasn’t linear, though. I went to three different colleges before finally landing on a degree in International East Asian Studies with a minor in Community Health. Yeah, I love a good academic adventure too.
Before diving into entrepreneurship, I spent my professional life in employee engagement and support consulting, high-level event design & management, and facilitating training on everything from new hires to company culture to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). I thrive in environments where I get to empower others and make an impact.
As for coaching, my journey began when I took a leap and trained through the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, an ICF-certified institution. From there, I dug deeper, expanding my knowledge and skills with additional training in psychological safety, shame, mindset, and the subconscious. My goal? To support you in a way that’s not only practical but also transformational on a deeper level.
